You'll see lots of funny signs about in Thailand mainly with mis-spelling but this one in English is one of my favourites in Patong. It's outside the TMB Bank on Thaweewong(Beach) Road near Molly Malones. You can see from the 2nd pic there actually 2 of the signs there. They really should be all over Patong!>>>

There is a sign in Perth that I am yet to capture, which I love. It is outside a hotel and reads;
"Blind crossing".
Always makes me laugh.
Another that always makes me laugh, (not just sign, but also a saying): "Are you boring?" "I'm very boring" ie; bored, not boring.

Funny signs?
How about the signs in SuperCheap, all over the place, with a picture for those who can't read. 'In case of fire use stairs'.
There are no stairs, or lifts, in the building, it is all a one level, sprawling........um, words fail me.
Other strange signs, but maybe not funny are the Tsunami evacuation signs all over Kho Panyi. This is the village on stilts. There is absolutely nowhere for the people to go to get away from a tsunami, so I guess they just want to keep people moving in a circle around the 'island'.
I wonder if the Thai language signs are just as informative? I don't spose it matters because none of them would pay attention anyway.
Bye, Mark.
